Please make a law to stop these loud vibrating subwoofer bass speakers from cars. They sit in front of houses long periods of time, they go down the highway all day and hours of the night and early morning and all day. I have an aspergerssyndrome young adult that cannot sleep because of the constant boom, boom, boom, boom,boom. I also have a husband with cancer that disturbs his sleep and mental mood. Can we please have someone make a noise ordinance or stop it altogher. I'm a caregiver of these two and my nerves are the the breaking point. I cannot sell my house I cannot afford to get out. I need help. Even in my own car the vibrations from someone next to me causes my heart to fibulate. Thisis a health hazard.
