I feel the need that police officers and other people to allow loud music.

This is not a crime, this is just a hobby for car sound enthusiasts. These people invest a lot of money in their sound systems and all they want to do is simply play their music and go home afterwards.

Really we spend alot of money and it only benefits the city if they give us a space where loud music can be played and helps us regulate the peace and keep us from running and making us look like fugatives

We need a spot so people can enjoy our hobbie
