music in cars 12 Volt ask for a location where we can play music without disturbing

I dont see car as a machine i see car as art which we can modify and install music and have fun with our family, and friends this summer but we dont want to bother nobody we are just asking for a place like a big parking we could walk around and see cars with big music systems.

I would like like To the NYPD leave the music playing around the country to give us a chance to play our music and bring peace thank you very much

Solo queremos disfrutar de nuestro hobby que es el car audio.. is not a crime is life..
