This petition is to support the reduction of loud noises coming from the construction site between Dryden Road and Oak Street in Ithaca, NY. Currently, large machines have been running 24/7, which have created unbearably loud noises that disrupt the quality of life for the people living in the surrounding areas. The goal of this petition is to eliminate all construction noises from 10pm-7:30am (the current condition of the construction site violates section 240-9 and 240-10 of the City of Ithaca Noise Ordinance).
