Some of the Resident Concerns include current flooding in and around proposed development, additional burden on taxpayers as a result of the change in usage for "Special Needs", maintenance of these 10 rental homes. and how we can ensure property values do not go down. As a result the petition below has been created.

On 11/4/13, 300 papersignatures from neighboring streets near proposed development were presented to theMiddle Township committee members. Copies will be sent to our State representatives as well as Agencies involved.

FROM: Resident Taxpayers Concerned about Current Proposals for Patsy’s Way & Tally Ho Rd.
RE: We the undersigned believe the following issues need to be addressed prior to the approval of any development of the lots on Patsy’s Way & 11 Tally-Ho Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ, and/or the issuance of a Statement of Need for development.
1. The change in usage requires review and a new plan.
2. Drainage issues need to be addressed
3. Drainage solutions must comply with recent law
4. The Deed Restriction must be observed
5. The new purpose requires a traffic impact study (ex. cost and impact of shuttle services for the disabled)6. The new purpose requires an impact study of services required especially emergency services7. The new purpose requires a review of ADA requirements for this development and adjoining streets (ex. light, sidewalks and curbing) 8. The EPA should review the property for the presence of eagles and salamanders9. The change in water/drainage on this property needs to be reviewed by CAFRA10. any other issues that may be discovered as this property is reviewed
