This petition is for those residents who were told that the following amenities were a condition of their sale in Parkside and would like to see them constructed: 1) Pool with water playground 2) Baby Pool 3) Tennis Courts 4) Tot Lots 5) Community wide path system 6) Sand volleyball court These amenities can be found in all marketing materials provided to home buyers before or after signing. The builders/developer will say that all amenities were "subject to change" without notice, but that does not mean subject to be removed.
