I own or rent real property in the vicinity of the Marshall tract located at 1300 Lost Creek Blvd (the "Property"). and I oppose the proposed re-zoning of the property to PUD (City of Austin case No CD2014-0015). I have reviewed the re-zoning application and the applicant's development plans, and I believe PUD re-zoning and the proposed development plans are incompatible with surrounding single family neighborhood.
