SITLA should have recognized that this agreement would have a major impact on a beloved BLM monument and that the regional community would dissent. MUC can easily find a different location with less impact for their glamping village.

What a waste of water for a resort that nobody needs. Taking the water from Moab that is so needed for agricultural purposes and spraying It out of misters inside a tent to cool down guests at 100 degree. Stop this nonsense and protect what is left of our beauty in Moab.

Any development on nearby land will have a direct negative impact on the scenery and landscape that makes looking glass special

This is sacred land and under canvas especially has no right to it. Under canvas sucks as a employer and a glamping service. Put affordable housing in this area for locals to live and keep looking glass what it is.

Looking Glass Rock has long been an attraction for residents and visitors alike. It is an iconic feature and large arches such as this are very rare landforms. It is tragic that Utah would consider privatizing this named landmark for a corporation from Montana, depriving current and future Utahns of the chance to enjoy this piece of Utah.

I’ve seen more lucrative locations to build . This location doesn’t serve the investor , buyer or current community.
