Looking glass rock is a beautiful and pristine area. It should be preserved from commercial or residential development. Not to mention this dome is an ancient archeological site. Indigenous peoples carved a ladder to the top. This area needs to be protected!

We cannot keep selling out land and remote beautiful places to the highest bidder. This would be extremely sad and just another unfortunate example of what’s likely to come for the area.

I’ve personally enjoyed this spot over the years and have personal memories attached to this spot. It is an important place for me and my family to see every time we go to Moab and this construction will take away from the access of this landmark that so many more enjoy and love

This beautiful area of public land should be left as is for all to enjoy. This development will only lead to tension and user conflict. Not to mention the rattlesnakes won’t be too happy about all the new people.
