20 minutes for lunch is nowhere near enough time to eat, this is very unacceptable

Rushing to eat leads to unhealthy habits. It becomes a learned behavior and will cause them to rush and eat more at home when there is more to offer. Because they have learned to eat in this amount of time that is not even long enough for the brain to receive the signal that they are full, it will lead to overeating, weight gain, and a future fighting an unhealthy lifestyle.

My son hardly ever eats lunch and he tells me it’s because there isn’t enough time by the time he gets thru the line to eat and make it to class.

20 minute lunches are highly unacceptable. No kids should have to eat fast or not eat at all.

20 or 30 minutes is not long enough. You wait in line and by the time you sit down its time to go.

It’s ridiculous to think anyone can stand in line and eat lunch in that amount of time. So may bad habits can be created by this!

My child attends South Brunswick Middle School and complains that he can't eat lunch at school because there's not enough time after waiting in line.
