We, the undersigned, alumni members of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International residing and/or doing business in or near Long Island, New York, respectfully petition the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International to reactivate the charter in the name of the Long Island Alumni Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International.
We agree to be bound by the International Constitution and By-Laws of the Fraternity and the rules and regulations of the International Executive Board as they may be promulgated from time to time.
