We need to continue the tradition of the Sprint boat races. I have been going for 35 years and it has been a big part of my friends and family not to mention the history of Marina Stadium.

Don’t let this classic event go just because a competitor was injured. No spectators were ever in any danger. It’s more dangerous to go to the LB gran prix than this event. When are they going to cancel that event? At least locals can compete in this event, and they want to take it away? I say HOG WASH…

60's, My Dad won the E Racing Runabout high points championship there in 1948. I sprinkled his ashes there in 2009. Keep it going!
