The community of League of Legends demand that Riot give us the tools to clean up our community. We are sick of playing with people who do not take this game seriously. The troll community of League of Legends seriously degrades our enjoyment of the game and fixing this problem needs to be number one on Riot's list. We submit to Riot an example of a system that could work and ask that Riot take the initiative in implementing something along these lines.
