We the undersigned BART riders request that the following passenger code of conduct be immediately enforced:

It is not permitted to loiter, lie or sleep in a BART station

Loitering is prohibited in BART facilities and

vehicles.

Loitering includes the following:

Storing personal property in a BART facility or vehicle.

Camping or sleeping in a BART facility or vehicle when

not riding for a transportation purpose.

Remaining in a BART facility or vehicle without a lawful

transportation purpose or refusing to provide

identification.
