FIX THE SERVERS ALREADY. we spend all this time earning points and can't use them. fix it or shut it down.
getting so tired of waiting for the redemption page to load just to have it crash instantly. waste of my time
pretty sure they do this on purpose so nobody can actually redeem stuff. so annoying
I been trying to get a ptz place for months but the site just dies every single time. ridiculous
it sits there loading for hours then says sold out. total joke.

Get some better hosting. It is painful.
