We need lock down to stop the spread of this virus nation wide, community spread in Tasmania will happen soon enough and our hospitals won’t be able to handle it, please enforce a full lock down, even though most will self isolate there are a lot that are still so ignorant and reckless and are putting themselves and others at risk. It needs to happen sooner rather than later to save more lives

The delay is deeply concerning and smacks of purely economic concern. This is short sighted as far more will be lost if we don't lock down. Leaders are doing their best - I know -.but look at the evidence. Other countries in lock down have done so much better and are relaxing their restrictions now. Please. Lock.us down now. People, possibly someone you love, are going to die.

Make it a real lock down not a pretend one where tourists in caravans are still arriving. They still need to go to shops to buy food etc

Two weeks ago I would of dismissed this petition as an over reaction. But we need to learn from our global family Italy and Spain and China are warning us, but we are too complacent to listen. Sadly we have no choice. It’s either act now or let it spread rampant . But if we don’t act now it will be too late to manage.

It is imperative that we move to Level 4 restrictions the minute that there is evidence of community transmissions. Follow the example of New Zealand!

It's time to protect the vulnerable, and to own the parlour state of the public health system, in particular in regional Tasmania ... shut it down now!!!

We have a way of protecting this island from further spread, the already ridiculous decisions being made by letting people circulate within our communities that are infected or yet to be diagnosed is stupidity at its best

This is the only way Premier. I, for one, am commited and ready. This will create certainty and do less harm to our society and economy.
