The Local Buzz on 102.9 WBUZ has Recently completely changed formats. They are no longer taking band requests, talking about what is going on around town in the local rock and metal scene, or helping out the unsigned bands in our community. The show is now done live at 12th and Porter, and they are only playing bands that have upcoming shows at 12th and Porter. Many musicians and fans in the area are very unhappy about the loss of this great asset to our scene. The fans want to call in and request songs....the bands need this additional outlet for show and music promotions, and the local scene is missing a huge assest that this show provided for years.
