This petition is to provide a list of residents who want the basketball court restored or rebuilt in Lakes of Bella Terra community. This amenity was important to many residents when selecting this neighborhood, and its removal process has been contentious.

When signing you must include your home address for our documentation in the Home Address in LOBT field. This way we can provide proof of each HOA members position that wants the court back, unlike the mess VanMor created in their vote. The petition will be held online at iPetition and in person with others gathering signatures in person. A final document will be prepared with the homeowners that want to court back.
I would appreciate each persons assistance that wants the court back to speak to their neighbors to get them to sign up and help us reach our goal to get our court back. Want to help or have questions email: [email protected]

I feel like I am constantly checking my email because the stories some of you are sending me about how you actually used the court are just wild and honestly it makes me so angry that they took it away without us even knowing. I am working on organizing all these addresses into a real file so when we finally corner the board they cannot just say we are making this up.

We were very sad that the basketball courts were closed down. My daughter & I love to go to the courts to play basketball. PLEASE bring the courts back!!!!
The reasoning for removing the basketball court was flawed. We have had am up tick in crime post removal. We should have this amenity for our children, families and adults to enjoy.
This court is important. I don't want to have to leave my neighborhood to teach my son how to play. When the court was built here in the first place. I feel all avenues of sports should be supported in our neighbour hood if it is plausible. Thank you
One if the reason I selected to buy my home in LOBT are the amenities like basketball court, swimming pool etc. We pay one of the highest HOA in the area but we were not notified before removing the court. Wr need the court back in LOBT and also make it a full coirt without fence, that way it easy for people to play the game
I support rebuilding the basketball court either in the space it was in originally or in another available space such as the green area beside the soccer field.
Bring it back
We miss the court and being able to play with our kid We never seen it over taken by disturbing kids

The courts should be here. We had no notice of them been taken down. I looked forward to playing there with my children.
