Hytera definitely needs to up their customer service if they want to remain in the amateur market. Even distributors have little support

CPS is very heavy and inefficient.

The current CPS is very inefficient... On Windows 10 it needs admin rights to work properly and rearranging channels, zones and the like is simply not possible (other than using the insert/copy/paste/delete feature...).
