we actually pulled it off and the hoa confirmed the repairs are moving forward immediately. i cant believe how fast they acted once we all spoke up together. lets keep an eye on the contractors to make sure the work gets done right.

I the undersigned agree that the lakes of Aurora amenities are in disrepair and this has caused undo frustration on the part of the entire neighborhood. The common spaces must be updated and maintained. The pool,and its surrounding areas, must be clean, safe, and well-maintained. The tennis courts must be safe without uneven pain pavement for people to trip on, installed regulation height workable Nets with centers straps; and an updated and safe playground area including the basketball court.

Even small improvements would make a big difference, we all moved to this nice neighborhood to take advantage of amenities, the playground situation is embarrassing for how small of an investment it would be to have something usable.
90 Woodland Trace Be careful! Took my son up to the tennis courts this am to run around. POISON IVY surrounding the entire fence area. Not sure who to call. Just BEWARE!!!
Street signs throughout LoA and fences at entrances should be freshly painted and free of green mold/mildew. Signage at entrances to should also be well lit. This is the first impression that many have of our neighborhood and it currently does not reflect the care and attention that people put into their homes and landscape.
Kids have lost so much these last few months. This is yet another part of normalcy that is being taken. Other pools have opened in this town. Let parents make their own decisions for their children. It is unfair for them to make yet another sacrifice when restrictions are being lifted. Please open the pools so they can have something to look forward to.
We purchased in built the house in this neighborhood specifically for the pool and the tennis courts. The HOA is not keeping up with its end of the bargain. Not opening the pool when all the other neighborhoods are open, and not making the tennis courts for playground safe. Uneven Pavement in the tennis courts and no workable Nets. It is an embarrassment.
The Beaumont Trail sign on Lake & Beaumont needs replaced. It has looked horrible for over a year, peeling badly etc.
The small pool is never been kept nice! The main pool gets everything new and we get whatever is left over!! Both pools need to be open and equally maintained!

Why is the grass near the corner of Cochran and West Parkway a foot tall? The tennis courts are a mess and dangerous in spots. The pools need cleaned up. We need to find out where the disconnect is between customer (residents) expectations and performance delivered by the management group.
