Parents, teachers and community members coming together to force a change of leadership at the Lucia Mar School District. Specifically the Superintendent Jim Hogeboom. Under his leadership morale has declined, a hostile work environment has been created, retaliation and harassment are weekly occurrences and a shell game of money has been an ongoing issue. It is time for change at the top and we want a new superintendent.
