I live rather close to the proposed 7-Eleven site. My neighbors & I do not want to struggle with extra traffic. Moreover, we don't want people loitering in the parking lot all night. There are two 7-Elevens in Livingston. We don't need a third!

This town is being sold out from under us with hotels and restaurants and convenience stores! No longer the bedroom community I moved into 27 years ago! Now I have a huge rental community going up and group homes everywhere! Thanks town council. I love paying 18,000 a year in taxes so you can pick up my garbage! Time to move on for sure

Allowing Exxon to keep this residential-located property commercially zoned so that it does not have to clean up the leakage from the tanks sets a bad precedent for our town. By allowing this township officials are telling other gas station owners that they can do the same in the future because Livingston's government won't stand up against it. When I vote for a representative at any level of government I expect my family, my property and my neighbors to be protected from corporations that I cannot fight alone. The elected officials of the Township of Livingston must stand with its taxpayers against this corporate malfeasance or they must step down and allow those who are willing to do so take over.

The petition well addresses our concerns and we live right around the corner of this area.
