The woman, Carman Burgos, claimed that she is considered the owner or resident of this residence at 2965 Hartville St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

So I would like for this petition to be heard by all names/signatures on this list to show that there is proof that she is NOT the so called owner or residence of this residence
