One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their life. Help us cultivate a community that supports recovery and social inclusion, and reduces the stigma surrounding mental illness!
I have suffered with bi polar disorder most of my life. The stigma that surrounds such disorders is terrible and has effected my life negatively in many ways. Any way that I can help change that, I'm down for the cause.

Members of my family have benefited from mental health counseling and treatment. I believe anyone suffering from a mental health problem deserves understanding and support.

I think of a continuum of Mental Illness to Mental Health. For me, there are many, many points on this continuum where everyone of us find ourselves at various points in our lifetimes. Me, you, everyone.

Too many people are ashamed to talk about what they go through. Mental health is just health, period. Glad to see this happening.
