That the residents of Live Oak be provided with effluent (reclaimed) water for the purpose of external irrigation. 2. That the residents of Live Oak be given a separate, second meter for the sole purpose of external irrigation, with no sewage charges applicable. 3. That the residents of Live Oak be given a price adjustment for sewage to reduce the charge by no less than 50% for expected external irrigation usage. In addition: 4. The residents of Live Oak also request that we be given a refund of the estimated sewage charges that have already been paid and will continue to be paid assigned to water used for irrigation, until a remedy is met. 5.
