This is so disappointing! Feel like live traffic was a bait and switch feature that Mazda foisted on us. Being forced to consult a phone or Garmin while driving is dangerous. Bring back live traffic!

We need the real time traffic information returned to the nav. system. As 2016 Mazda owner I demand that this service be reinstalled NOW!

What's the point in having a navigation system that doesn't consider real-time obstacles? If I had known this before purchasing I would have pursued other vehicles for purchase. This should be a deal-breaker. What's next? An entertainment system that doesn't connect to anything live?

We were led to believe there was a great nav system as we test drove the car. To have purchased it and now find there is no live traffic is ridiculous.

Please activate life traffic on 2016 Mazda cars. This feature we, consumers, paid for and lied about it existanse is absolutely necessary for every day driving. I am using Garmin GPS for every trip. In the future, when I will trade in my car, may be very soon, I'll be buying Honda unless the feature will be enabled in nearest future.

I had a 2014 with the crunchy Tom Tom system, now I get beautifully rendered 3D pictures of Manhattan on my 2016, but no traffic. The good news is My iPhone 7 Plus using Google Maps fits well on the ledge where the screen is. Mazda is trying to loose its scrapy image, and go upscale. This is not helping.

They lost my sale because they did not have this feature. My Mazda CX-5 does have this but I need a larger vehicle. I can't believe this is not an option!!
