When i purchased my 2016 Mazda 6 with NAV I expected there to be live traffic. For the price & quality of the vehicle it should be included., espceially since these days even economy NAV systems have live traffic. It is a must for many of us and feel you are doing your customers a disservice for not offering it. Please rectify as soon as possible.

I purchased my Mazda6 1 week ago and understood it had real time traffic integrated into the system and directions. This feature I am now told is not yet functional. In a 2016 refreshed flagship model this is below class standard. Please address this glitch.

my older CX-5 had this feature, and it was advertised as a working feature in the 2016 model, however it is not working. Get it working or refund my money for the navigation system

I traded a 2013 CX-5 GT that advised me of traffic and adjusted my arrival time and offered alternates. I miss this a great deal in Atlanta Traffic and feel it is a major shortfall for the GPS. It also appears to be included in Mazda advertising...
