We wish to bring back La Conners livaboard status for all boat owners and with reasonalble restrictions for safty of vessels, propertys, and individuals. This will in turn, give the marina more cash flow each month, and stronger presence to overt theft, boat problems, etc. Will increase the city of La Conners local business's sales. Will create more boaters and tax dollars for the state and county. Can also take a % and donate it too the town's volunteer services.
