A local family is being deported after loosing a refugee claim and two other applications to stay in Canada. This local family has been in Canada since October 24,2004. During this time their son Engjell (6) is attending Simcoe Street School in senior kindergarden. Engjell's english is really well spoken, he also has a large group of friend here in Canada. Also during their stay in Canada the birth of their daughter Gijina was born, she was born with a hole in her heart which will eventually need surgery. Doctor states that this situtation would be best treated here in Canada, While being here in Canada they have started a safe environment and home for their children. They left behind the war and fighting for the safety of Engjell and themselves but now have gained their little son Engjell nightmares about the thought of being deported back to Kosovo. The Haziraj family has made many friends in Canada who dont want to see them leave Canada to struggle again, especially Engjell's best friend who is also six years old and is starting this petition to help save him.
