What is the problem. These guys deserve this probably more than any other band not yet inducted. Not only for their own music, but also what they contributed as a backup band for other artists. To name just a few. Robert Palmer , Warren Zevon, Linda Ronstadt, and so many more. They were the standard for musical excellence for the entire recording industry.

One of the great American contributions to music and culture; Little Feat combine elements of so many indigenous musics, that to leave them off of the Hall of Fame roster, would render the Hall an imposter.

Saw them the first time live at the Rockpalast night on TV in 1977, when i was 14...A jaw-dropping, mind-blowing experience indeed...Since then i guess i contracted the "Lowellitis", which seems to be irreversible forever...

There are at least a half dozen inductees in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame who opened for Little Feat in concert venues, or have shared a stage with them at one time or another ... and others are still on the way. Why not put LA band with the greatest longevity in, too? Where they deserve!
