Disgusting, cruelty at its best, no animal should be allowed to fly graze and owners who does this should not be allowed to have animals

It's disgraceful the poor ponies should have somewhere warm and dry to rest its freezing and having to live in a constant lake of water

No animal should have to live in those conditions! They need to be in a warm comfy stable not in water!!

What kind of person keeps any animal like this?

This has to stop ,these ponies deserve so much more .Make the owners accountable.

It is a third world level practice to tether equines in this way. We should be ashamed of our arrogant boast about our animal welfare standards as the highest in the world if such claims exist against a backdrop of suchlike malpractice that we lack the legislative authority and resources to resolve.

For once these authorities need to own their responsibilities, uphold the animal welfare acre and actually do something
