This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The owners should be made accountable for their actions and poor treatment of their horse's and the authorities need to take action against these despicable owners. The horses deserve better treatment they can't stand up for themselves so we need to stand up for them. Please please help these poor horses and stand up for them to keep them safe and healthy also prosecute the owners for animal cruelty and neglect.
