I have contacted RSPCA and police several times recently about these poor ponies. They are completely neglected and should be seized on welfare grounds.

Please stop ponies being put on this land. This floods year after year and their space gets reduced. Where is the RSPCA when you need them?

If they were meant to live on wet, boggy land all year round, they would have webbed feet! The field is also full of ragwort which is poisonous to them
