I think it’s been a long tine coming. Being a horse owner myself it’s very disheartening to see and not beable to intervene and help them poor horses. The owners should not be allowed to keep animals dull stop!!

These poor horses shouldn’t have to live like that. They should be loved and cared for. Put the owner in them fields and see how he likes it.
