Before moving forward to erect lights on the playing fields at Friendship Field, Phoenixville Borough Council should solicit opinions of the homeowners who live around Friendship Field, by participating in a tour of the Field and surrounding neighborhoods and engaging them in an on-going dialog, and obtain objective information on how lights will impact home values and the quality of life in those neighborhoods.
