We have tried by all means to engage with Ekurhuleni however they never show any interest to our matter , we have done strikes that were legal but still they never answered us we still paying rent that is increasing always but in which grounds we don't know they don't have answers we also engaged with Kukithi La and Ombudsmen but still our matter is not resolved .We need ownership of this place and to expose the the corruption that is happening at our municipality

We need government to be more responsive....E tolls fell as a policy....social housing must fall. Social Housing does not resolve urban housing challenges. Government ought to listen to the people. Accept when policies have failed

It is birthright for one to have shelter under their head and have a place to call home. Our country is in a crisis of a housing backlog and to correct it the City of Johannesburg must do the right thing and give ownership to the people of SA. I hereby support the move. Thanks for the opportunity.

Give us title deeds or allocate RDP houses for us and rent this flats to others for a period of 5 years.

No ways one can pay rent on social housing for 10 years and yet not get the house maintained by the so called housing management. Security as well is not available to secure our units, there is a free flow of movement around the blocks, they pee and do number 2 in front of my unit door every weekend. But my neighbor just across the road 15 meters away occupied an RDP house and he is not paying rent again his house is secured cause he can install a fence or build a wall to secure his home. For been identified as middle class doesn't mean I should be milked forever, I do believe that I made an efforts enough to pay rent but it can't be forever payment. The model need to be revisited and amendment is necessary
