Order of Business: 1st Order: Change of Venue - I respectfully request a change of venue for this restricted lisence petition due to the conflict of interest between the Pollard (Assistant Prosecutor for KG) and Puckett Families. 2nd Order: Request for Restricted LIsence - I respectfully request the opportunity to be reinstated by the Commonwealth of VA and DMV with a restricted lisence. I am aware that I must complete VASAP and pay all fees relative to the reinstatement. All fines and court costs have been paid. They were satisfied in August of 2009. My terms of probation have been met and I have been released from that program.
