The graduation ceremony is for the students because they worked hard and earned it. They should get to celebrate a little.

Vista is full of creative kids, so I think we should be allowed to decorate what we pay for. I know I have been waiting for graduation so I can decorate my cap, and I'm sure others students have as well.
