I have known and Carter for several years and the vibrant person she was before she went through all she did medically. She wants to live her life and for several years she has been in the nursing home and tied down in court and legalities. She deserves justice! Please sign this petition.

This matter needs to be settled once and for my relative. She has no limbs and she doesn’t deserve this treatment. It has been 8 years enough is enough. What if it was your family member? Let her be able to get out that small room and live some semblance of life. I love her dearly and I hate to see this happening.
