If you feel the same then let's circulate this petition to hold "Mother Nature" and "Old Man Winter" accountable for their actions!
Let's limit winter to a season lasting no more than 90 days, commencing roughly December 1st, and ending no later than 90 calendar days from start date.
Snowfall amounts will be limited. (more information to follow)
Freezing rain, ice pellets and or sleet or a combination of all 3, will NOT be tolerated.
Any variances of this policy will not be tolerated!
"Old Man Winter" and "Mother Nature" will be punished to the full extent of the law if this is not strictly adhered to.
Upon completion this petition will be presented to "Mother Nature" and "Old Man Winter".
