There have been studies showing the negative effects of masks. I have not seen and studies showing any benefit to children wearing masks.

Although we do not attend the school, now homeschool and online classes with a classical school, I am against parents not being in the drivers seat of this choice and the vaccine for that matter.

I support this petition and the rights of parents to choose whether or not to mask their children. I am signing because I have two nieces at SMA and I hope Nativity Parish School (where my two children attend) will also opt out of the recent JoCo mask “mandate”.

NO Mandate - no scientific proof that they work and, in fact, there is scientific proof that they harm children. If someone chooses to wear a mask - good for them. It is their decision and it is mine to not wear one

There is so much I could say but whether my kids are masked or not is a decision for kids & their parents NOT county commissioners.
Let these children be children and breathe normal, fresh air.
