That corner does not need more residents. The parking and congestion is already too severe. City government should restrict further development!opener where ever it can.

Makes no sense for the area. Parking and commerce are just beginning to take root again.

The continued development of the Hanley corridor will further increase traffic congestion as well as take away from Claytons charm.

Nothing about this makes sense to me. Not a single thing.

Signing this petition hoping to preserve the charm of that corner. I Fratellini is a Clayton asset.

If you destroy the charm of these neighborhoods they will become MUCH less desirable. I currently live very close to this proposed development and this is enough to cause me to move elsewhere due to the increased traffic and congestion it would bring. I am not in agreement with this proposal at all.

This is a terrible move for that location. Hanley is already congested as is. This build would only exacerbate the traffic problem, but most importantly that corner does not warrant a big build like this! The construction will, without a doubt, negatively impact all of the shops and locally owned restaurants on Wydown! All for progress and development, but Clayton has been under Construction for years now. Give it a rest! There are still plenty of empty storefronts in downtown Clayton to scoop up. To continually add more is ridiculous, especially there!

This proposal is too dense for the neighborhood. And the entrance/exit from Hanley Road will be a nightmare! No, No, No!

All for development but not one that requires so much rezoning and that will impact the neighbors so negatively.

Over buildI g for the location. Need to scale back this plan. Parking entry off of busy Hanley Rd is problematic

This is not a good development for our neighborhood.

The Wydown area is one of the charming vestiges of old Clayton, and should have its greenspace and special character protected. Observing the setback and height restrictions is particularly important in maintaining a neighborhood's feel. Traffic on Hanley is already a concern to all of us who live in Clayton.

The overbuilding in Clayton is becoming alarming. The character of the Wydown/Hanley Road would be destroyed by this overpowering and ugly building.

There is so little parking now for the businesses here this lot helps some. Unless a multi story garage for use by all businesses in the area is built here it would be a determinant to the neighbor commercial establishments.

I am not against commercial development in Clayton, but this particular project is problematic because it requires rezoning - both in terms of setbacks and in height restrictions. Zoning measures are in place to ensure any development would remain in character with the surrounding neighborhood. I would also question the site coverage - would this fulfill MSD requirements? Where will the water go? The existing parking lot that this would replace does not add any charm to the area - surely there is a better way to develop this corner that would integrate more successfully with the neighborhood.
