The Ridgeline/ Unversity intersection is jammed and beyond capacity everyday as it is; the expansions and growth in this area need to stop. There have been a few fatal accidents within a few block area here, and it is almost impossible to navigate the streets during traffic hours as it is. No more lights, noise and events! The excess building and traffic has changed the quality of life in South Irvine significantly over the last 5 years.

No on expansion. Traffic is horrendous in the area as it is. The athletic field's lighting will forever change the night sky in Turtle Rock.

Many kids ride bikes from University Park and Park side to aauniversity High school. THe route includes cross heavy traffic in Jefferys cross traffic lights through University/Jeffery into Mason Park. IF expansion is approved, I have huge concern about safety for kids riding bikes to Uni high in route through University

Stop developing. Turtle Rock community needs to be protected. I hate the traffic jam at the entrance in the rush hours every day. No more traffic!

It's already alot traffic at the eastside entrance now during morning hours and afternoon between 3:00-4:00, 5:00-7:00! Can't imagine 3000 more! And in last November and December, during events at the Tanaka Farm, it took me 10-15minutes to turn left onto Ridgeline road around 3pm every day to pick up kid from Ranch school!

Provide more infrastructure to support all these people. This city is RUINED. And you just keep building more apartments and houses. It sucks

I do not want the expansion at Concordia because of traffic and other potential disruptions to the Turtle Rock community.

This lack of a traffic plan and the proposed stoplight at an inappropriate location will adversely affect the hundreds of residents of Turtle Rock. In addition it will adversely affect the traffic flow on University Ave near Michelson and off the 405.

There has been a dramatic increase in and around Turtle Rock, with that crime in our neighborhood has increased as well.
