This is absurd! As a resident of Turtlerock for 34 years, the expansion will create more congestion and there are major safety issues.

There are only 3 entrances to Turtle Rock: Ridgeline is one of only 3. Jamming that entrance up with traffic and stoplights makes it hard on Turtle Rick residents.

The administration of the city of Irvine has a responsibility to all of the residents to carefully analyze all aspects of growth. It is unreasonable to approve any project that will have an overall negative impact on the city, especially existing residential neighborhoods.

I am against the city allowing for this expansion without any infurstructure on how to accommodate the traffic of 3000 more trips in and out of our community.

I am not against Concordia enhancing their campus, my family and I love the facility. What I don't like is the lack of traffic planning on the part of the City of Irvine that is jamming another 3000+ traffic counts to an already congested area without any consistent planning. The algorithms used are haphazard and inconsistent; the lack of cogent planning on the part of the city is creating gridlock at the intersection of University and Ridgeline. In just the last few weeks there have been two traffic accidents as a result. With the exception of Christina Shea and Melissa Fox there is virtually no communication with Turtle Rock area residents from the council. The traffic insanity in Irvine has to STOP.
