A maximum of 5 year for food stamps in 20 year period, food stamps may be periodic and/or a month to month basis for need and not approved for any specific amount of months in a 20 year period. Recipients must have state drug screen within 48 hours after application is submitted and approved for drug screen with no marijuana or illegal substances applications will be approved. Local welfare office will provide information on testing locations. Anyone who is currently recieving these benefits, will need to submit a drug screen 48 hours after legislator may be deamned. 5 year maximum may be applied to those with longer period of more/ or at 5 years.
