I can never get data service when I need it and I'm not too impressed with the new data plans either

LIME has to understand its days if perpetual arrogance are ending. C & W Bdos is not the company it once was and will never be again - the days of the Colonial monopoly are dying and so will they.

I strongly believe that if queries made through the call centre were appropriately addressed or followed up with a call, we customers would be more satisfied.

It would be nice to get a speedier response to customer grievances.

LIME has potential, but really needs to step up with their service. Bills can be so confusing

Suggestion 1: If you have mobile phones displayed in your stores, please have them on and updated so the public can test them.
Suggestion 2: Most Barbadians are paid at the end of the month, so it may be better to shift your due date from the 20th to maybe the 25th.
Suggestion 3: The same way you send me text messages informing me that my bill payment is due, can't you send me a text message with my monthly bill amount?
Suggestion 4: It is unfair that while I am querying a bill, unless I pay the full amount, my phone is placed on soft touch. Bill charges should be placed on hold until the query is resolved.
Suggestion 5: Top up machines should not be located inside stores since they are "convenient" machines. Please find a way of making them accessible outdoors.
Suggestion 6: LIME TV should be showing in all stores that carry flat screen televisions.
Suggestion 7: More seating is required in LIME outlets.

I have had the misfortune of experiencing LIME as both a business and personal user. Whilst the business service works fine, it took LIME 3 months to resolve a billing error and that was after having to escalate the problem to someone I know. In relation to the personal service, I have had phone, internet and TV since December and all three have not worked consistently for any period of over a week. Complaints to the customer service staff fall on dead ears. They don't follow-up on complaints; pretend they have no record of your complaint when you call to follow-up and the list goes on. In fact, I will go as far as to say that the service I have experienced from LIME is the worst I have experienced anywhere in the world. Fortunately Flow has just moved into my area so I intend show my dissaproval by changing providers as LIME no longer has the monopoly. As people now have choice they should exercise this rather pay for shoddiness. I cannot believe that people are so complacent - why are there only 68 signatories to this petition?
