Target should support it's customer base and not resellers on Ebay by doing a second release of Lily Pulitzer online. It is very unfortunate that people are allowed to buy buggy full's for resale but the average Target customer can't purchase a single item. Even the items labeled online only were quickly unavailable but are now available on Ebay. Does Target support their customers or the profit of Ebay resellers?
