When someone grossly misleads another by falsely representing themselve which results in significant emotional, financial and or physical harm, this should definitely be considered a crime.

False arrest or false protective order: Petitioner must be punished for abusing protective order/ restraining order to smear or harm an innocent. TPO Petitioner must be punished for contacting accused when they filed for protection. My ex falsely called police more than 8 times during our split with lies about me. Abuse of county personnel resources must be a punished offense.

I grew up with an NPD mother. I am the scapegoat. I married an NPD boy/man with sociopathic tendencies.

I am a survivor of a Narcissistic ex husband. He destroyed me financially and I have severe anxiety agoraphobia and PTSD from his abuse. Please make these people accountable legally for their destructive actions as they ruin lives. Surviving a Narcissistic relationship is equal to being held captive raped robbed and left in the streets to die.

This would be a huge aid to many many who have tried to get a divorce from a narcassistic spouse! I endured 12 years of marriage & the horrendous means he used to try to leave me with absolutely nothing! The cost, time, energy, emotions to get away from his was unbelievably difficult! Saddest part is I was always the one who paid for our life. The torment he put towards my girls & I were ridiculous. He got far more than he deserved in the divorce!!! He charmed his way through attorneys & court. The shinanigans he pulled should've had a source of accountability & should've cost him dearly! I'm became disabled during divorce, have PTSD, & was in fear of my life with his manipulation. Please bring this to fruition

As a demostic violence victim, you never truly know hell until the one of the people you love the most completely destroys you. This NEEDS to happen.

I am signing this because I was with a person like this. After four and a half yrs. I was told to leave. I invested my life with a man you I was engaged to sold my homes, shared my money etc. When I could not find a affordable place soon enough for him . I endured the most horrible emotional abuse. I suffer from uncontrolable anxiety, ptsd, depression. He is using a civil lawsuit to get out of repaying me. I can not work I haven’t in over a year. This has ruined me emotionally financially physically and spiritually. He has no remorse at all! There needs to be accountability!

I am divorcing a narcissist who ruined me emotionally and is trying to keep everything. This is his second divorce. I'm concerned about the next woman and believe if he had consequences to face twice, he'd be less likely to do this again.

This is very real and needs to be addressed. A narcissist is a criminal and worse. The longer people ignore such an issue the longer the narcissist starts to embrace this as a good thing to be in this world. We meaning men and women, children, babies seniors. The human race deserve to be protected. It is our right!

I have asked other Senators to sign and posted on domestic violence, Christian and political sites. This needs to be signed. 2020 won't be soon enough for me and my daughter but it will help others.
