Because i guess i couldnt run from the abuse like i thought i had.. im confused about moving on from her - im a victim of mental abuse that is so terrible- im having trauma from this person 22 years later…realizing your a victim only helps understanding what happened .. i have a deeprooted fear that i thought i got over 20 years ago - i need help i think

It should absolutely be punishable by law; they know what they're doing, they are calculating, manipulative and heartless! They should NOT be allowed to just walk away after (joyfully) witnessing their victims hit rock bottom, leaving them devastated and an empty shell of the person they once were. They should not remain untouched, there must be consequences and accountability for their abuse! Plane and simple!

I'm a narcissistic abuse survivor and it should be a crime punishable by law.

ENDING ABUSE!... until the victim is so beaten down emotionally psychologically and spiritually... socially crippled... traumatically reacting thru body physical manifestation such as Hyperventilating... (obvious signs a victim is being controlled and manipulted by a NPD) sociopath ... many often times EVEN PSYCHOPATH UNREASONABLE& INSIDIOUS! Narcissism is a putrid Personality condition. IT ABSOLUTELY MUST BE CLASSIFIED AS A HIGHLY TOXIC EXTREMELY DANGEROUS& volotile SERIOUS CHRONIC PROGRESSIVE DISEASE

This one's personal to me and my daughter. We have both suffered emotional trauma at the hands of my ex-husband/her father for 15 (soon-to-be 16) years. Here in New York, nobody in the Family Court system will believe me that my ex-husband is narcissistic and it's in my daughter's best interest to sever ties with him except for her counselor who's absolutely wonderful. My daughter's 17 1/2, but the courts are trying to force visitation with my ex despite her wishes.

Absolutely these creatures are evil.

Praying that family court will recognize narcissists and take custody away from these abusers to save the children and the victims!

We need this. My narc will not let my divorce go through. He is still trying to distroy my life.

We need to clean such deep toxicity that is causing harm to other from parents to govt

Not really sure about the name Lilith - Surely thats same name as an Evil spirit? But i do believe we need Laws in place to stop Narcissistic abuse - both to Men and Women

This is so vital to victims now and to future victims. This disease of a narc's mind is so cunning and sick. Untreated help or diagnosis of relationship with narc leaves one completely lost and damaged making it difficult for victim to be restored to their previous self and making it easier to succumb to suicide. These relationships are nightmarish and hard to even believe. Future changes and laws need to be created to bring attention to this matter. I pray for laws and changes to save the lives of these victims and for narcissists to face prosecution because victims are usually left pychologically damaged, homeless, jobless and financially bankrupt

I don’t even know where to begin. I was am optimistic 23 year old when I met him. He had been recently kicked out of his dad’s house. He didn’t have a vehicle nor a job. My first instinct was to run. He pursued me aggressively. After he told me everything I had even dreamed of hearing from a man, I fell desperately in love. 17 years later, after being his biggest cheerleader and support and helping him start his own business while I had the 9-5 office job, he says he will Make me suffer. He cheated on me repeatedly, attended more than a half dozen rehab, beat me up and has domestic violence charges on his record .. tells me he wants me to kill my self and he won’t stop until I do. He’s called CPS on me 6 times. I’ve had 5 investigations. Called the police on me numerous times. Arrested twice Way too much to tell here but he has my children now. He effectively tricked a cop into arresting me and got a leg up and now stuck in court battle for years awaiting a trial. Meanwhile my eldest daughter gets raped in his home etc. Also I was a perfect dream wife and mother until I filed divorce. Then he said I am a violent monster etc I only wanted peace.

We need to add support and issues surrounding children that have been psychologically stolen from the abused parent and attorney support for those abused fighting for their rights to be in their childrens lives.

I was in an abusive relationship with a man who had narcissistic borderline personality disorder for 11 years. I hope this shares awareness to everyone from individuals to parliament. Not all forms of abuse are physical. I believe one day there will be a law that protects people who were mentally abused. This must stop.
