This is just a terrible illness that is so terrible to be a victim. I was for 27 years only married 2 of those. No one should be allowed to treat others this way.

Police should be more informed about this type of person. They assisted a group of sociopaths/psychopaths in their abuse of me.

We should also prevent registered narcissists from running for office, cos they ravage institutions and politics too,.. see what Trump is doing.

I am signing this because I was victimized very bad and still being victimized. I have filed an ex parte in Missouri where their laws protect me. I know live in Arkansas for fear because there aren't any laws to protect the victims and families. Please help me in the state of Arkansas to start this process. I might be one person, but one person is all it takes for change. I've called senator and legislation and they ignore me.. Please help someone. TAMMY Martinez

Excellent, much needed law. Cluster B distruxtve and malignant individuals must be made accountable for their actions, or they will just keep preying on, jumping from one victim to the next.

It's hard enough for victims to recovery..Most often having to abandon and losing all personal effects /belongs,home,vehicle,relocating,etc."YES"..hold abusers accountable for financial responsibility as well as their crimes!!!!

I had to leave my narcissist boyfriend after a 4 year relationship. I left my home for a Women's shelter. All I could bring with me was 2 backpacks with my belongings. Out of my entire home. We also shared a car which I left behind, but I shouldn't have since parties involved in this kind of separation can behave with impunity. We weren't married legally, but for 4 years, in every sense of the word, he was my husband. He was financially responsible for our needs. I stayed home and took care of the house the best I could. I have chronic illness and was dealing with my SSDI applications. Our plan, as a couple, was for him to provide for me until a time I could contribute financially also through my disability. I was told by my abuser that if I left the relationship, he would no longer have any responsibility for me. Or that I could choose to stay. Not much of a choice, really... He went to work in Mexico for 5 weeks. It was a very profitable move for us since he was expecting to make over $6,000. We made plans, together, as a couple, for the money. We planned on going to Brazil so I could see my family for the first time in 7 years. But because I left him, I missed out on that too. And I probably won't be able to see my dad now, before he dies. Because I left my abuser. Now I'm homeless. I have absolutely no money. I have no vehicle. I have chronic illnesses that require a stable environment. I'm 47 years old and I have to start over. From absolute scratch. How is that fair? Victims of abuse shouldn't have to lose everything because they made the sane choice to leave a relationship. They should be rewarded for breaking the cycle of abuse instead. Whether the relationship was legally recognized or not. This kind of separation should be treated just like a divorce. Victims of abuse should absolutely have financial rights over the household income. People like me need help. Don't reward the abuser.
